El Dube Shows Organic Beauty in Shore, Travels: Asbury Park Business Showcases Rustic Photographer

July 20th, 2011
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Photographer and Neptune City native Dennis Dube presents his latest exhibit, El Dube Photography Show, in conjunction with BandsOnABudget.com/Cowerks at their headquarters in Asbury Park located at 630 Mattison Avenue. The show’s premiere will be held from 8 to 11pm on Friday, August 12th. Running the month of August, the show is open to the public for viewing from 9am to 5pm on weekdays and is free for all ages. El Dube Photography Show is a collection of unique, rustic images taken over a ten year period of drifting and self discovery.

While it’s not uncommon for art to reflect exploration, for Dennis Dube photography has become precisely that. From the moment he purchased his first camera in an Asbury Park pawn shop in 1997, Dube’s artistic passion has served as a compass, leading him to study photography in St. Augustine, Costa Rica and embark on other travels all over of the world. Pictures taken along the way serve as storytellers; they are images of beauty in its most rustic and organic form. El Dube Photography Show exhibits photos that range from the peaks of Appalachia and Colorado to the coasts of Australia and the Jersey Shore. Dube’s photographs serve to show the beauty within the beat-up, which is why he makes each individual frame for his images using recycled wood discovered anywhere from your local boardwalk to his Grandma’s garage.

More of Dennis Dube’s art can be found online at www.eldubephotography.com and local businesses along the Jersey Shore.
