Social Media Workshop for Your Band

It's time. Music is changing, the business is changing, it's all up in the air. For the time being at least, it looks like the internet trumps all. Digital is easier than a CD and an app is better than an album insert. It's exciting, but it can also be a little overwhelming. Want to make sense of this shenanigans and then some? Bands or individuals who attend the course will:

  6. Learn how individuals of different backgrounds view social media, and how to tailor social media campaigns to specific demographics
  7. Learn the implications of privacy and transparency when using social media

    2. How to conduct sales through social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
  • Privacy and Transparency
    1. Learn how much information potential fans or customers are willing to provide
    2. How to gather information regarding your fans or customers
    3. Appropriate ways to market to fans who have provided contact information beyond the traditional email blast
